Projects Delivered
At Armalutx, we can proudly say that we have over 50 years of experience: the years that have passed since the parents of our founders started building in Mallorca in 1967.
Our founders grew up in that family environment linked to the construction trade, and that is the legacy that we continue to pass on today to a multidisciplinary team that knows every phase of the work in detail.
Whether you want to build a rustic house in the Mallorcan style or a modern villa with clean lines and large windows, or to restore an old house or a boutique hotel in the heart of Palma de Mallorca, no two projects are alike. That is why at Armalutx, as a leading construction company in Mallorca, we offer tailored solutions to each of our clients.
The story of Armalutx begins in 1967, when the parents of our founders started building in Mallorca. Ricardo Alorda and Joan Sastre learned the trade from them, and in the early 2000s, they gave that family experience the name it bears today: Construcciones Armalutx.
In 2009, José Carlos García, a developer with a solid family background in the construction industry, joined the company. This combination of technical knowledge, business vision, and commitment to quality has allowed us to establish ourselves as a leading company in Mallorca.
Under the name Armalutx, we have earned the trust of our clients for over two decades thanks to our meticulous workmanship, meeting deadlines, and guaranteeing the highest quality standards. Our experience is reflected in both new construction and comprehensive renovations, and we have successfully adapted to industry changes by integrating innovative materials, modern techniques, and advanced structural solutions, such as carbon fibre reinforcement, Mecanoviga, and specialised concretes.
Today, Armalutx is a highly experienced construction company that offers full guarantees on all its work, thanks to the experience passed down from one generation to the next since 1967 and to the many projects we have completed all over Mallorca under the Armalutx name.
Our mission is to make your dreams a reality with efficient and lasting solutions, combining solid experience with technical innovation. Since our inception, we have been committed to a close and professional approach that prioritises the client's needs at every stage of the process.
At Construcciones Armalutx, we understand innovation as a fundamental pillar for growth and continuous improvement. Therefore, we offer home staging services as part of our commitment to added value, actively working within a group specialised in construction and renovations.
This integration allows us to optimise both the presentation and functionality of spaces, elevating the final result of each project and increasing its attractiveness and sales or rental potential.
